With locations across the capital, Essential Living are launching a new way of living in the UK. By either purchasing existing buildings and converting into apartments with large social and communal areas or building from new, this dynamic company are establishing themselves as the market leader in the ‘all inclusive’ home rental arena. Tenants are encouraged to stay for a lifetime if that’s what they want to do and can take comfort in the fact that the apartments they are living in have a landlord that has their interests at heart.
Roseville Projects London have been directly engaged to fit-out of the communal and amenity areas within one of Essential Livings latest developments – Dressage Court in Bethnal Green. This is a 104 apartment 6 – 8 storey new build property. Our works include but are not limited to the installation of wooden and tiled floor coverings, polished plaster and brick slip textures to the walls along with traditional paint finishes, manufacturing and installing bespoke joinery items including Wi-Fi benches, reception desks, glazed shelving and display cabinets.
Prior to commencing work at Dressage Court, our team, once again directly engaged by the client to work in the interiors of 68 apartments at Berkshire House in Slough. This is another Essential Living development but this time in an existing and iconic building located in the high street of this commuter town.
