Planning permission was granted to construct a quality 30 unit residential development with a mix of shared ownership and affordable rented properties.

The building design is a 5 storey block with a lower ground floor car park and will contain a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments. The fa├žade of the building is composed of brick and part clad in keeping with neighbouring buildings.

A careful selection of materials will be used to enhance the local urban fabric and the development will incorporate a quality landscaped area.
