The building design sits comfortably within the wider surrounding area and contains a mix of one, two and three bed apartments. The facade of the building is composed of smaller domestic blocks which have created an animated streetscape along Southville Road.
A careful selection of materials has been used to enhance the local urban fabric and the development will incorporate extensive high quality landscaping.
